The goal of this multidisciplinary team is to increase bottom-line revenue for the company by creative experimentation and execution of growth strategies (inside and outside the product).

We are seeking a talented analytics professional who has a bias toward action and enjoys finding patterns amid chaos, making quick decisions, and isn't afraid of being wrong. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, product, and engineering and has a strong technical and analytical background, as well as an intense hunger to make a significant business impact by owning and driving business outcomes. Strong time management and communication skills are also critical.

What you will be doing

• Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, and models from ideation to implementation and beyond
• Iterating and modifying existing models based on feedback from customers and stakeholders
• Produce data visualization such as charts and dashboards to communicate findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Working closely with the development chain to assist QA, production and front-end application of data models
• Presenting projects to stakeholders, including management and customers
• Documenting new and existing models to assist in their testing, implementation and use

What you bring to the table

• BA/BS in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Finance, or other technical disciplines, or relevant experience in a quantitative field
• 2 years’ experience as a Data Analyst (or equivalent)
• Experience finding, cleaning, and manipulating data to build data sets
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/ mathematical software (e.g. R)
• Experience communicating with cross-functional stakeholders including, product managers, customer-success managers, account executives and engineers
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written & oral communication skills with experience explaining technical concepts to technical and business partners
• Eagerness to learn from, and teach, teammates
• Strong sense of task ownership

It will be nice if you will have

• Experience developing data pipelines
• Experience writing production code for automated models
• Experience using open-source statistical packages such as Dplyr, Rstudio, NumPy, Pandas
• Basic experience or basic understanding of machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing
