The Partner Success Manager role is an amazing opportunity to join a flourishing team and make an impact. You will partner both internally and externally to help enable our current partners, develop our partner strategy and build a robust pipeline. - Initiate, develop & own existing relationships with our top partners
- Expand new client reach within existing partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing on enablement strategy and execution
- Provide partners with ongoing product, sales and enablement training
- Produce analysis of partnerships and product/service impact and key partner performance metrics
- 3+ years experiences in SaaS partnerships, sales and/or business development in a client-facing role
- Highly collaborative, technically adept self-starter who has exceptional relationship building skills
- Ability to communicate business and technical information to a wide variety of audiences, including executives, sales, marketing, product and engineering
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working within the Salesforce and ServiceNow ecosystems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
