The Partner Success Manager role is an amazing opportunity to join a flourishing team and make an impact. You will partner both internally and externally to help enable our current partners, develop our partner strategy and build a robust pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a rapidly expanding and thriving technology company. Responsibilities: 

  • Initiate, develop & own existing relationships with our top partners
  • Expand new client reach within existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing on enablement strategy and execution
  • Provide partners with ongoing product, sales and enablement training
  • Produce analysis of partnerships and product/service impact and key partner performance metrics 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years experiences in SaaS partnerships, sales and/or business development in a client-facing role 
  • Highly collaborative, technically adept self-starter who has exceptional relationship building skills
  • Ability to communicate business and technical information to a wide variety of audiences, including executives, sales, marketing, product and engineering
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience working within the Salesforce and ServiceNow ecosystems 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
