Aquant is looking for a talented Product Designer with a getting thing done approach who is an expert in finding creative solutions when the road seems blocked.

What you will be doing:

• Achieve our company goals & deliver exceptional customer value by seeking, listening, ideating, prioritizing, and making the best solutions happen.
• Conceptualize, design, and work closely with the engineering teams until rolling out
• Master our consumer's business, processes, and how they engage with our products to make a real disruption in the service industry
• Outline and measure data-driven success criteria for each phase of the process
• Release bottlenecks by aligning stakeholders and teams, being thorough, and at the same time looking for quick wins
• Facilitate discovery sessions, present, and onboard new features, and collect feedback 
• Enable all product-related stakeholders to provide exceptional customer value during the different customer journey phases

What you bring to the table:

• 3+ years working on web-based and mobile technology-powered products, B2B a plus. Proven process improvements are required.
• 3+ years working with customers and stakeholders as part of a design process, hands-on UX design + portfolio 
• 2+ years of experience working with technical teams 
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
• English presentation skills are a must 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Service industry experience is a plus 
• Hands-on B2B products UI design + portfolio a plus
