Aquant is hiring our first Marketing Associate, Lead Qualification who will be responsible for helping us grow and maintain the quality of our Salesforce database of prospective customers. This is an opportunity to make an impact at an innovative, high growth AI company while gaining an education in marketing and sales operations and technology.
- Qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns to determine potential fit for Aquant’s products
- Build our Salesforce database of relevant companies and contacts by leveraging prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Build and execute processes for maintaining the quality of the account and contact information in our CRM
- Develop expertise in Aquant’s target markets, personas, and products
- Deliver frequent Salesforce reports and project updates for the marketing and sales teams
- Support our Revenue Operations Manager in Salesforce administration
- Troubleshoot Salesforce technical issues with the sales & marketing teams
- Manage the output of data entry freelancers
The Ideal Candidate
- You’re a recent graduate/professional with 1-2 years of experience working with technology and data. Salesforce experience is a plus.
- You’re detail-oriented and methodical - you’re energized by diving deep into projects and solving problems.
- You’re a strong communicator and collaborator and you’re motivated by helping the team succeed
- You have a “beginner’s mind” with a hunger for learning new skills.
