Aquant is hiring our first Account-Based Marketing Lead to own the strategy and execution of ABM programs for our enterprise target accounts. This role works across marketing and sales to develop targeted campaigns that achieve pipeline and revenue goals. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of Aquant’s enterprise business.
- Scale Aquant’s account-based marketing approach, using a data-driven approach to define the right mix of 1:1 and verticalized campaigns
- Develop account-based marketing campaigns to drive engagement and consideration in key accounts
- Own the marketing-driven pipeline goal for the enterprise market
- Develop and iterate account scoring methodologies and goals
- Work across the marketing team to develop account-based approaches for field events, conferences, webinars, paid media, direct mail, website, email, etc.
- Partner with sales and business development to develop plans for each account, and develop the templates for account research, personalization
- Implement an iterative, test-and-learn approach for ABM messaging, tactics and offers
- Account-based marketing expert. 5+ years experience marketing to the enterprise ($1B+ accounts) a must
- Highly analytical and experienced in setting and measuring marketing and sales goals and KPIs
- Energized by the opportunity to create new approaches and playbooks
- Exceptional collaborator and communicator, with experience working closely with sales and business development teams
- Strong writer and researcher who can roll up their sleeves to execute
