Performance Marketing Manager

About The Position

Armed with artificial intelligence & natural language processing, we transform our customers’ field service data and extract actionable insights so that every decision they make is backed by hard evidence. Now, service leaders completely eliminate customer escalations, technicians solve every service problem, and together make service feel like magic.

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own the performance of paid and organic digital channels. This is an opportunity for a data-loving, results-obsessed marketer to make a major impact on Aquant’s growth. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage the execution, measurement, and budget of paid marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEM, ABM ads, retargeting, and content syndication
  • Develop the paid media strategy and plan to grow pipeline for all segments across the Americas & EMEA
  • Own strategy to segment multichannel campaigns into discrete marketing tracks based on funnel stage and persona 
  • Review the performance of landing pages and make recommendations for A/B tests to help optimize for conversions
  • Serve as the marketing team’s channel performance expert - sharing reports and insights and making recommendations across all marketing programs 
  • Recommend new digital vendors, channels, and agencies for performance optimization

The Ideal Candidate Brings: 

  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and drive wins for the business
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, with experience in owning paid acquisition channels
  • Advanced knowledge of paid platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. 
  • The ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Experience in multiple segments - e.g. enterprise B2B, SMB, and B2C - a strong plus
  • Experience advertising to European market - a strong plus
  • Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
