The Alliances Manager role is an amazing opportunity to join our flourishing Alliances team and help make an impact. We’re seeking a self-starter to take a strategic, and proactive approach to growing our business through partnerships and establishing a robust pipeline. Responsibilities: 

• Develop and refine an effective strategy and value proposition to attract new partners
• Identify target list of new partner candidates and execute prospecting activities
• Expand new client reach within new and existing partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns and execution
• Provide new partners with ongoing product, sales and enablement training

Qualifications: 

• You have demonstrated track record of achievement in fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment
• You have 3 years of relevant work experience in business development within Alliances/Partner Programs in cloud-based software organization 
• You are highly collaborative, technically adept self-starter and have exceptional relationship-building skills
• You are able to present business value and demo applications to a wide variety of audiences, including executives, alliances, sales, and marketing 
• You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have: 

• You have prior experience working within the Salesforce, ServiceMax, ServiceNow, SAP and/or Oracle ecosystems
