About The Position

Now, service leaders completely eliminate escalations, technicians solve every service problem and together make service feel like magic.

The Alliances Manager role is an amazing opportunity to join our flourishing Alliances team and help make an impact. We’re seeking a self-starter to take a strategic, and proactive approach to growing our business through partnerships and establishing a robust pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a rapidly expanding and thriving technology company. If you’re interested in working in a dynamic, cross-functional team that is a strategic part of our growth strategy, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and refine an effective strategy and value proposition to attract new partners
  • Identify target list of new partner candidates and execute prospecting activities
  • Expand new client reach within new and existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns and execution
  • Provide new partners with ongoing product, sales and enablement training

Qualifications: 

  • You have demonstrated track record of achievement in fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment
  • You have 3 years of relevant work experience in business development within Alliances/Partner Programs in cloud-based software organization 
  • You are highly collaborative, technically adept self-starter and have exceptional relationship-building skills
  • You are able to present business value and demo applications to a wide variety of audiences, including executives, alliances, sales, and marketing 
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Nice to have: 

  • You have prior experience working within the Salesforce, ServiceMax, ServiceNow, SAP and/or Oracle ecosystems
