The Project Manager, Customer Success role is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team and make a significant impact. You will help lead our largest and most strategic customers towards achieving exceptional business value with Aquant’s products.  As a Project Manager, you will work with our Customer Success Managers and help them to drive a seamless onboarding experience, uncover new insights from in data and support ongoing innovation and expansion.   Additionally you will assist with escalations, expansions or other strategic customer projects to ensure they are executed flawlessly and on schedule. 


  • Help facilitate onboarding or other strategic projects for our largest clients ensuring delivery of our commitment to exceptional business value via Aquant’s products.
  • Creating project plans, including setting targets for milestones, identifying resources and managing to timelines
  • Regularly track and effectively communicate project status both internally and with customers
  • Performing quality control throughout projects, escalating where needed to  maintain high standards of execution
  • Track critical KPI’s for customers, helping team say aligned to objective of driving exception business value 
  • Tightly manage schedules and targets on the project, adapting as needs evolve 
  • Work effectively with other teams within Customer Success including Data Analytics, Data Quality and Support to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer value.
  • Act as an internal resource / expert for CS department on  project management processes and best practices, providing guidance which will help drive effectiveness even at customers where you are not not engaged
  • Strongly partner with other departments including R&D,  Product,  Sales, to provide feedback and participate in cross functional efforts where needed

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management or similar roles working with Big Data, Analytics,  Customer Service, or Sales organizations.
  • Experience working with large, global enterprise customers helping to support successful SAAS or software deployment engagements 
  • Extensive Knowledge and hands-on experience with SaaS company processes and tools.
  • Strong Customer-facing solid skills, including up to Executive level 
  • Experienced with project management tools (Ie Smartsheet,, Asana,  etc)
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage and monitor multiple initiatives concurrentlyl
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to quickly resolve technical challenges with minimal supervision
  • Social and team-oriented personality with strong collaboration skills and an ability to work effectively across other departments and individuals to ensure the best outcomes, focused on commitment to quality and success.
  • Maintains a “beginners mind” at all times, always looking for opportunities to learn new things and innovate with products, processes and customers.
  • Passionate about using data and analytics to help customers deliver customer service excellence and drive long term value.
